Art leasing is also possible
Besides buying a painting, you can also lease one. You can lease a painting from Jack Liemburg for a fixed period of five years. You pay a monthly amount that is 3% of the value of the painting (excluding VAT). After those five years you get the option to buy the artwork at a rate of 10% over the original value.
